PKO Bank Polski joined Enactus program in Poland as a Diamond Sponsor.
Director of human resources, Artur Miernik who for several years was engaged in work of jury during Enactus national competition says: “The main reason for our partnership with the Enactus are the conclusions from the observation of students during competitions . These are people who perfectly fit to the profile of the candidate to work in PKO Bank Polski determined by the Bank values, which are : Entrepreneurship, Reliability, Continuous Development and Customer Satisfaction . I am convinced that in the future students taking part in Enactus competitions may occure perfect and engaged employees for the Bank, and after gaining experience – candidates for directors of Bank branches.”
For Enactus Students PKO Bank Polski has prepared a wide range of internships and apprenticeships , which can be organized in whole Poland. The Bank also intends to participate in workshops and training sessions for Enactus students and share experience and management knowledge.
