March 31 – April 1, representatives of 14 academic Enactus teams from all over Poland took part in the sixth edition of the Enactus Future Leaders conference, which was held at the Warsaw School of Economics.
This was the largest training event ever organized within Enactus program in Poland. Five parallel workshops tracks gathered around 190 students and 17 trainers and speakers.
The workshops were conducted by representatives of Enactus partner organizations: PGE Capital Group, Eurocash Group, PMI Poland Chapter, Coca-Cola HBC Poland, LOTTE Wedel and Enactus Alumni in Poland who represent such companies as PwC Poland, JDA.

Among the trainers were also mentors and speakers who are close to the idea of Enactus such as Piotr Chimko or Błażej Jurewicz.
During the conference took place for the third time a special workshop called Speed Consulting Session. SCS is a special workshop that aims to assist students in the ongoing work on their projects. The session is based on 30-40 minutes consultations, where teams have the opportunity to talk with experienced business representatives by presenting their projects, receiving feedback on what they should look out for, modify or rethink from an adviser perspective.
Enactus Future Leaders is the last big stop before the Enactus Poland Competition, and it is a great opportunity to exchange experiences between teams. It is also an unusual dose of motivation for the participants, who were already surprised at the conference at the very beginning with starting packages waiting with T-shirts or bags with the Enactus logo.
