We are after the third edition of the Future Leaders Conference which was held on March 21-22 at the Technical University of Lodz. This year nearly 130 people took part in the event.
Students from Lodz, Poznan, Gdansk, Kielce and Warsaw in two days took part in 11 training sessions and workshops. The event was organized by Enactus team of the Technical University of Lodz with the support of Enactus Poland.
Trainings were conducted in three tracks: CSR and sustainable development, Leadership and Project Management. Workshops and lectures were led by: Krzysztof Garbacz (Regional Director of Retail Banking PKO Bank of Poland), Bartosz Błaszczyk (Sales Director, PKO Bank of Poland), Justyna Głowińska – Pietrzak (Director of 14th local branch in Lodz, PKO Bank of Poland), Dorota Kawałczewska – Wojtczak (Business Partner, Office of the Network Business Partners, PKO Bank of Poland), Piotr Dzikowski (PMI Poland Chapter), Michał Bielecki (Junior Project Manager, GoodBrand ), Elżbieta Żórawska (Coordinator of the PwC Foundation), Małgorzata Marek (CSR Manager for Poland and Central-Eastern Europe, PwC), Bartłomiej Kubit (Project Manager, Eurocash Group), Wioletta Gałwa (Coach , Psychologist , Coordinator of the training programs, Synergy Foundation), Adam Wiszniewski (Manager of the IT Project Managers Team, Citigroup), Emilia Biniek (BSH Poland), Paulina Skrobiszewska (Tchibo Poland), Iwona Mostowska (Head of Social and Cultural Affairs, LOTOS Group) and Elgar Beumer (Enactus International Affiliate Division).
Event is held annually since three years, and is creating an unique opportunity for experiences exchange, acquireing new knowledge and competences development for all students active in Enactus in Poland, as well as for other students who wish to broaden their knowledge and to become leaders in their local communities.
