The 4th edition of the Enactus Future Leaders Conference was held on 27-28th of March at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. It is one of two major training events organized under the Enactus Poland program.
This year’s edition is organized by Enactus Team from the University of Warsaw and gathered nearly 150 students from 11 university teams. Within two days students took part in 11 workshops about: networking, team building design, planning and managing your career, conducting effective meetings or communication management.
Meetings were conducted by: Robert Kalbarczyk (Member of the Board, PMI Poland Chapter), Paweł Kudzia (adekwatność), Michał Stanikowski (internal trainer, PKO Bank Poliski), Bartłomiej Kubit (Category Manager, Eurocash Group), Sebastian Gerstmann (Regional HR Business Partner Poland, Baltics , Russia, Hungary & CEE Supply Chain, CHEP), Michał Prusarczyk (IT Project Manager at Allianz, a member of PMI Poland Chapter), representatives of Smart Education, Enactus UW partner and Tomasz Duda and Michał Przybylski on behalf of Enactus Poland.
During the conference for the first time Speed Consulting Session was organized. The workshop was designed to help students work on their current projects. The session was based on a short 20-30 minute consultation, where the teams had the opportunity to talk with several experienced business representatives presenting their projects. Experts give feedback on what team should pay attention, modify, or think from the perspective of an advisor.
In the role of consultants participated: Paweł Kudzia (adekwatność), Kamila Szarejko (Head of Foundation Programmes in Medicover Foundation), Paulina Mazur (Country Leader, Enactus Poland), Michał Macierzyński (Doctor of Economics, in PKO Bank Polski responsible for the development of mobile banking and mobile payments), Jola Jakóbczyk (Director of the Employer Branding Office of PKO Bank Polski), Bartłomiej Kubit (Category Manager, Eurocash Group).
The partners of the conference were: CHEP Poland and the Student Council of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at University of Warsaw.
